We are wanting to add a veterinary assistant to our team. If you love animals, care about people and think that veterinary medicine would be a good fit for you, please come by the office to meet the staff and fill out an application. This is a fulltime position where you will be assisting in the day to day activities of the kennels and hospital.

If anyone is missing a female beagle, she was last seen heading toward Fishery Park on Zane Whitson. We tried to catch her but were not able to get her. Hopefully, she makes it home safe.

Please make sure that your dog or cat is on heartworm prevention and that your dogs are up to date on their leptospirosis vaccination. The recent flooding may result in an increased risk for these diseases, which thrive in standing water and wet soil. Most dogs who are vaccinated yearly receive lepto in their protocol. If you're not sure, check their vaccine record or contact your veterinarian..

A veterinarian in Kentucky called our office and offered to board 2 horses at no charge for anyone needing to due to the flood. His office is about 2.5 hours away. We have his contact info if anyone needs it.
