As warmer weather rolls in, so do ticks—and with them, the risk of Lyme disease and other tick-borne illnesses for both people and pets.
🎯 Dogs are especially at risk, even in your own backyard or on a favorite trail.
✅ Protect Your Pup This Season:
🧴 Use veterinarian-recommended tick preventatives such as Credelio - easy to administer and fast-acting
💉 Vaccine yearly for additional protection against Lyme Disease
🐕 Check your dog daily—especially ears, under legs, and between toes
🏞️ Stick to trails and avoid tall grass or brush
🛋️ Keep lawns mowed and remove leaf litter where ticks thrive
🧼 Wash bedding regularly and vacuum often
🐞 If you spot a tick on your dog, remove it ASAP with tweezers and monitor for symptoms like fever, joint pain, or lethargy. Contact your vet if you’re concerned.
