We wanted to let you know that our office will be closed from Thursday November 12th through Monday, November 23. We will reopen for our normal business hours on Tuesday November 24th and Wednesday November 25th. We will then be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday November 26 and Friday November 27. We will reopen for normal business hours on Monday November 30.

If your cat needs a medication refill, please be sure to request it during the week prior to our closure so we have enough time to process your request before the office closes.

While we are closed, voicemails, messages, and emails will be checked periodically throughout the week. Please understand that responses may be delayed, but we will get back to you as soon as we are able.

🐾💙 Happy Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week! 💙🐾

Our veterinary technicians wear SO many hats! From drawing blood on tiny ½-pound kittens and safely restraining our spiciest patients for exams to monitoring anesthesia, taking X-rays, running lab work, and educating clients on preventative care — they truly do it all! Add in equipment maintenance, keeping the clinic clean, and all the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep us running, and it’s easy to see just how valuable they are. Their education, expertise, versatility, and compassion are essential to our team, and we couldn’t do what we do without them! 🩺🐱🐶❤️

A special THANK YOU to the Board of Orphan Angels for decorating the clinic and providing goodies for our staff this morning! Your thoughtfulness made our day extra special! 🎉💕

If you have an urgent medical need, we recommend you reach out to one of the other local veterinary offices for assistance or seek emergency care at the closest emergency facility.

🐾 Important Closure Notice 🐾

Orphan Angels Cat Clinic will be closed September 14–17 and will reopen for normal business hours on Monday, September 21.

Need a medication refill? Please request it the week before our closure.

Voicemails, messages, and emails will be checked periodically, but responses may be delayed.

For emergencies, please contact another local veterinary hospital or a 24/7 emergency facility, such as Northwest Pet Emergency Center, Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital in Akron, Pittsburgh BluePearl, or Orchard Park Veterinary Medical Center.

Beans recently came to the Orphan Angels Cat Clinic for a second opinion, and we're so happy we got to meet this sweet, incredibly handsome boy. Especially looking so dapper in his little bow tie! Together with his dedicated owner, we’re making sure to carefully develop a new treatment plan that includes trying a different course of antibiotics while focusing on what matters most, keeping Beans comfortable and giving him the best possible quality of life.

Every cat deserves individualized care, and we're grateful to partner with owners who are committed to doing everything they can for their furry family members. We can't wait to see how Beans does on his new plan. Please join us in wishing this handsome little guy all the best! ❤️
