We have finalized our decision for stud choice on Fancy's upcoming litter this Fall! We feel that Ari will contribute everything we're looking to add, without taking away from the virtues we love so much in Fancy. Ari has wonderful movement, return of upper arm, balance, strong topline, great angles, parallel head planes, straight legs, beautiful feet and a nice dark eye. Fancy has beautiful movement, great feet, dark eyes, wonderful shoulder layback, exceptional ear attachment and length, perfect head planes and original breed style. Both exemplify the breed in temperament, soundness, athleticism and type. We are very excited for the outcome of this planned breeding! Thank you to Ari's owner Lew Olson for being on board with our plans, and to Jack and Imme Albrink for breeding such a special dog for us to use.

Jackman's Fancy Lady was on a roll in her home state of Texas last weekend! This Texan girl knows how to show up and take the show, earning a Grand Champion Major. She also defeated multiple really nice Champions which helped her earn her first Champion Defeat, by taking Best of Breed awarded by Judge Danelle Brown. We are so blessed to have her in our program.

Thank you Judge Joy Brewster for awarding Hawkwillow Bayaway the Seven Sages "Sage" her time shine today. Sage won Best of Breed by taking Best of Breed over 3 Specials and a wonderful Class Dog for a 4 Point Major! She's well on her way to finishing her Championship, we just need to get one more 3 Point Major this weekend!

Once she has her CH we're ready to hit it hard working on some titles while she finishes maturing. Agility and Obedience may be in our future, as well as continuing her Cadaver Dog training. Stay tuned! 🥰

Jackman's Fancy Lady finished her AKC Championship with a Major Win, taking Best of Breed over multiple Specials and some really nice Class Dogs and Bi***es! ❤️

It's been a long time debating on changing our kennel name, but I've sat with it for a few months and decided that I'm ready for the big reveal! When I founded our kennel name, I never imagined how much we would grow and how much I plan to continue on our journey so...

"Jackman's Black and Tans" is now...

"Wanderlust Coonhounds" !!!

We deemed it fitting and are absolutely in love!
