We have openings at our private horse facility!

Main Barn – 12x12 Stall with Huge Run
Includes daily turnout in pasture or individual arena time.
• $500/month – barn-supplied local hay, owner-supplied grain
• $750/month – barn-supplied premium hay, owner-supplied grain

Small 2-Stall Barn – Rent your own little barn!
Includes small turnout paddock and arena turnout or pasture turnout with the group (ideal for horses that cannot be on grass).
• Well-suited for 1-2 horses
• Stalls are 12x12
• Option to combine into 1 large box stall- 12x24
• Room for feed and tack- very private
• $800/month- owner supplied feed and bedding

Main Barn – 12x12 Box Stalls
• $400/month – barn-supplied local hay, owner-supplied grain
• $650/month – barn-supplied premium hay, owner-supplied grain
✨ Custom feed types and schedules welcome to discussion.

Premium/Retirement Service – $1300/month
Includes stall/paddock and all standard amenities PLUS:
• Weekly grooming
• Hoof trims every 6–8 weeks (or as needed)
• Yearly vaccines & quarterly worming (as needed)
• Hay, grain, daily turnout or private arena time
Facility Amenities:
• 85×260 outdoor arena
• Daily group pasture turnout (private turnout available upon request)
• Feeding 2–3x daily: 7:30 am, noon (if needed), 5–7 pm (seasonal)
• Mist system in main barn for those scorching hot days
• Grain, supplements, and medications given as needed
• Blanketing & fly care included (no extra charge)
• Runs/paddocks and arena cleaned daily
• Owner and Manager live on-site
• Outside insured trainers welcome
• Port-a-Potty on site

We are a small group of horse lovers that really love the quiet peace that this barn offers us, as well as our horses.
If you're looking for lots of activity, this is not the barn for you.

If you work different hours and want to be with your horse whenever you can, this is the right barn for you, as we don't have business hours.
I don't believe in gate keeping anyone's horse. If you board here, you have access to your pony 100% of the time.
We are a Neuro-Divergent friendly barn that can accommodate Equine Assisted Therapy.
Outside trainers and therapists are welcome and we do have some availability to provide extra session safe horses.

Private Facility in Enumclaw now has 1- 12x12 stall with a large run available in our main barn. This stall includes daily turnout in pasture or individual arena time.

$500.00 owner supplied hay and grain OR
$750.00 barn supplied hay and grain

We also have a small 2 stall barn available to rent. This barn offers a small turnout paddock and turnout options in the arena for horses that can't be on grass. This is a smaller building, so smaller horses, ponies or minis world be best. We can combine the 2 stalls to make 1 large open box stall, if wanted. I would prefer to rent the whole little barn to one person, but will do the stalls separately if needed. PM to inquire. Price dependant on use.

And finally, I have opened up 2- 12x12 box stalls in the main barn for boarding.

$650.00 barn supplied hay and grain

Owner and Manager live on-site
Outside insured trainers welcome

Amenities:
Huge 85×260 outdoor arena

Port a Potty on site

$1300.00 monthly Premium/retirement Service.
