Double the Wags. Double the Love. Meet June. 💙

Through our Double the Wags, Double the Love partnership with Wiregrass Animal Group, we get the chance to spend time with adoptable dogs like June, learn a little more about who they are, and hopefully help them find the people they’ve been waiting for.

And June? She is an absolute sweetheart.

June is a 4-year-old, 54-pound Black and Tan Coonhound who is friendly with people, great with other dogs and definitely on the laid-back side. She walks beautifully on leash, rides well in the car, is crate trained and dog-door trained, and would much rather enjoy life inside with her people than spend her days outdoors.

During her time with us, we quickly learned just how much June loves her humans. She is sweet, mild-mannered and would make an excellent professional Velcro dog. She wants to be close, loves physical affection and will happily accept all the attention you’re willing to give her.

She still has that Coonhound nose, so a securely fenced yard is a must, and she’ll need a home without cats. But if your idea of the perfect dog is a sweet companion who wants to stick close and be part of your everyday life, June might just be your girl.

June is available for adoption through Wiregrass Animal Group and is fully vetted, spayed, microchipped and ready for her forever home.
