Did you know it’s pretty rare to find a veterinary clinic where ALL of the doctors see exotic pets? 🦎🐇🦜

At Cumberland Veterinary Clinic, all three of our doctors are experienced in treating exotics—from rabbits and guinea pigs to reptiles, birds, ferrets, and more. These pets require specialized knowledge and handling, and we’re proud to be one of the few clinics in the area able to provide that level of care across our entire doctor team.

We have loved having our interns, Liv and Taylor, here at Cumberland Veterinary Clinic! 🐾💙

They are spending 3 months with us as part of their college programs, learning alongside our doctors, technicians, and our certified veterinary technician, Allison.

During their time here, they have assisted with appointments, patient care, lab work, dental procedures, and surgery. We are so proud of their hard work and excitement to learn!

Watching our patients grow is one of the sweetest parts of what we do. 🐾💙

This is Flash, the most adorable Basset Hound, and we’ve had so much fun seeing him grow from a tiny puppy into the handsome 6-month-old boy he is now! From those little puppy paws to those classic Basset ears, he just keeps getting cuter.

We love when our patients start with us as babies and we get to watch them grow, change, and become part of our clinic family. Flash, we can’t wait to keep cheering you on as you get bigger! 🐶✨

Eve is all smiles for her dental cleaning today!🦷

Did you know cats need dental care too? Just like people, tartar buildup and dental disease can cause pain, bad breath, and even lead to infected or damaged teeth that may need to be removed.

Many pets hide dental discomfort very well, so regular exams and cleanings are so important for keeping them happy and comfortable 💙

We’re doing our best to get work done… but it’s pretty hard when this level of cuteness is sitting on the desk demanding everyone’s attention. 😍
