Happy National Veterinary Technician Week to the heart of our clinic. 💛

Behind every calm patient and every smooth visit is a tech or assistant doing the quiet, steady work — gentle hands, soft voices, and a whole lot of patience. They’re the ones down on the floor, warming the blankets, and staying close so no one has to feel scared.

The truth is simple: we couldn’t do what we do without you. Thank you for the care you pour into every patient who walks, hops, or slithers through our doors. 🐾

Caught with a little something on the whiskers. 🐭

This rat was a very good sport about posing for a photo, snack mustache and all. Pet rats can be surprisingly social and clever, and exotic patients like this one are always in good hands with Dr. Melton.

Happy National Veterinary Technician Week! 🐾

This photo says it all about our team: down on the floor, gentle hands, all attention on one big, easygoing patient.

To our techs and assistants, thank you for everything you do. 💛

Friday mood, courtesy of this very happy Frenchie. 🍒🐾

Big ears, bigger grin, and a cherry harness that really pulls the whole look together. Visits like this make the whole week.

Happy Friday from all of us! 💛

Tiny patient, big hug. 🦎

Most reptiles rely on outside warmth to stay warm, so keeping them cozy during a procedure really matters. Our trick? Gloves filled with warm water, tucked in close like a little hug.

This gecko was in good hands with Dr. Melton from start to finish, and is doing great. 💛

Two patients, one scale, and zero interest in anything but snacks. 🐾

Dr. Walsh brought out the good stuff, and these two made sure nothing went to waste.

Priorities: firmly in order. 🐾

This little kitten made it very clear the toy wasn't going anywhere, exam or not. 😂

Kitten visits are some of the best parts of our week.

That's a wrap on Happy Cat Month! 🐾

We couldn't let it end without a little love for the fabulously fur-free. Fluffy, sleek, or completely bald, we're smitten with all of them.

Around here, though, every month is cat month. 💛
