His mercies are new every morning! Sybil Jubilee and Spring enjoying a quiet breakfast together. All is right in their world. I am so thankful that we have a Heavenly Father that watches over us with love and a capacity to provide beyond what we can even comprehend.

Today's glimpse of Sybil Jubilee. She's not much interested in her supplemental milk. That's a very good sign.

Palmetto was a pillar here. She was the steadiest, most reliable and versatile horse I've thrown my leg over. She could be trusted with beginners and turn around and tear up the arena with an experienced rider, then ease back around with the babies. She will be deeply missed. We have no clear answers on why she left us so soon and unexpectedly. Best guess is an embolism of sorts. Her halter will be permanently retired and hung with honor in our barn.
