🐾 October 14 | Pet Obesity Awareness Day 🐾

At Claws and Paws Pet Sitting, we believe regular exercise is an important part of keeping our canine companions healthy, happy, and thriving.

Pet obesity can contribute to a number of health concerns, including joint problems, reduced mobility, diabetes, and a lower overall quality of life. Maintaining a healthy weight starts with a combination of proper nutrition, routine veterinary care, and appropriate daily activity.

🚶♀️ Regular walks can help:

Support a healthy weight

Maintain muscle strength and mobility

Provide important mental stimulation

Reduce boredom and unwanted behaviors

Promote overall physical and emotional well-being

Every dog has different exercise needs based on their age, breed, size, health, and activity level. If your pup could benefit from a little more movement during the day, adding an extra walk to their routine can be a simple way to help keep them active.

Busy schedule? Let us help! 🐶💚

Whether your dog needs a midday break, an additional daily walk, or simply some extra time outside, our team is here to provide dependable, loving care while you’re away.

Check out what our latest raving fan said!

Excellent pet sitting service! Prompt, caring, reliable, great with animals. Gina, Hailey, and Julie did a wonderful job taking care of our very active cat, as always. They send summaries of each visit including fun updates, pictures, and occasional videos. And our cat (even though a bit shy) loves them. We look forward to using Claws and Paws again the next time we are away.
