This beautiful dog is named Sprocket.
Due to Parvo in his early weeks of life he is a bit developmentally delayed. Sadly, Sprocket has developed intense fears of moving objects, particularly cars, bikes, motorcycles and skateboards. He can be extremely anxious on walks.

We are working on conditioning him to feel less afraid of these things one item at a time. Today he had a successful
Session with Cars at a park, entering at a consistent pace and at a distance he felt comfortable with. He also had some high value treats!

For an 11 month old Irish Setter I am hopeful we can work through his fears but we have to be patient. He is really scared.

Sprocket is definitely worth it. He is super friendly, loving, sweet, funny and smart. Not to mention his owners are on the ball and doing a fabulous job with his training!

Saturday, February 4th from Noon to 2:00 pm at the Greek Theatre in Griffith Park. Free admission and family friendly. Event is in an outdoor venue and held rain or shine.

Admission is free, all guests must have a ticket for entry, tickets are available on a first come, first service basis.

Tickets are general admission – there is no reserved seating.
Limit of 4 tickets per person.

Doors open at 10:30 am, show starts at 12:00 pm.

Los Angeles—and the world—lost the beloved mountain lion P-22 on December 17. We will all be grappling with the loss for some time, trying to make sense of a Los Angeles without this magnificent wild creature. Let’s come together as a community to celebrate his remarkable life. Joining us will be special guests speaking about their connections to P-22—and how he also connected us all. Musical performances, dancing, food, and so much more.

This is a privately sponsored event and a place where we come together respectfully to collectively celebrate and grieve P-22. Conduct that is inappropriate or disrupts the peace and good order of events or which may adversely affect the well-being or safety of others will be immediately addressed.
