We’d like to take a moment to thank everyone for a wonderful show last Saturday! This year has had its ups and downs, but as always you’ve all helped us to make this a wonderful experience. ABE has a few special announcements to make as we bring this season to a close!
Congratulations to our Century Rider, Marge Barry and Tehama aka “Luke”. Thank you for such an inspiring display of partnership and dedication, you two truly were a beautiful demonstration of horsemanship in the arena! Thank you for sharing this EPIC experience with us!
A big thank you to our Blaine Eggers Perpetual Memorial Award sponsor, Connie Wegener and “My Tack Room” in Eagle! Congratulations to this year’s award recipient, Sobella Evans and Down Town Clyde! whose combined effort in dressage and show jumping earned them this heartfelt memorial to Blaine. Thank you for embodying the spirit, sportsmanship, and heart that this award represents. You both showed true passion in every stride!
We’d like to give a special shout out to Kendall and Prancer for showcasing the versatility of the horse as this pair branched out from their rodeo prowess to give show jumping a whirl. Cannot wait to see this pair try dressage and aim for the Blaine Memorial!
We also want to extend a huge thank you to all of our incredible volunteers, patrons, and competitors who made this season possible with your hard work and support. Along with our amazing sponsor Emmett Rotary, for their years of dedication to AEB without whom the unique and individual awards would not be possible!
As we wrap up the season and give the horses a well-deserved rest, keep an eye out for updates and upcoming schedules for next year! Thank you all for a wonderful year, we can’t wait to see you back in the arena!
