A special thank you to all who donated their Ridley’s Advantage Points and private funds in 2025! WPCF was able to spay and neuter 39 dogs and cats!

This non-profit organization is totally supported by the Ridley’s Hometown Advantage Program, Lauren Elizabeth Foundation (LEF), and private donations from local businesses and community members.

Please consider renewing your Ridley’s point donations for 2026! You can go online to the Ely Ridley’s website and open the Advantage Points Program (https://shopridleys.com/advantageCard/homeTownAdvantage.ph). You can also use the attached form and deliver to the customer service desk at Ridley’s. Cedar Grove also has forms which are faxed directly to the Ridley’s corporate office in Idaho. 🐾 Now Hiring: Kennel Assistant (Part-Time) – $15–$18/hr DOE

Are you passionate about working with animals and not afraid to get your hands (and boots) dirty? We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Kennel Assistant to join our team!

📍 Location: Cedar Grove Pet Resort

⏰ Schedule: 20–30 hours/week

💲 Pay: $15–$18/hr, depending on experience

🗓 Mondays & 7AM start time are mandatory

🐕 Job Responsibilities:
●Feed and water dogs and cats according to individual schedules

●Clean kennels, dog runs, litter boxes, and common areas (including waste disposal)

●Exercise, walk, and monitor dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments

●Administer basic medications or supplements (training provided)

●Assist with bathing and grooming when needed

●Monitor health and behavior; report concerns to management

●Handle intake and departure of boarding dogs and cats

●Maintain a safe, secure, and enriching environment for the animals

🔧 Physical & Work Environment Requirements:
●Must be able to physically handle dogs up to 150 lbs(with assistance when needed)

●Must be comfortable working in a noisy environment – ear protection is required

●Must be willing to work in all weather conditions; waterproof footwear is recommended

●Must be dependable, punctual, and a strong communicator

✅ Ideal Candidate:
●Experience working with animals is a plus (but not required)

●Strong work ethic and ability to follow routine cleaning and care protocols

●Comfortable around all dog and cats breeds and temperaments

●Must be available for early morning shifts (7 AM start time) and Mondays without exception
