$5.00 FRIDAY IS DEDICATED TO OUR ANGEL FUND.

About a month ago, we took in a surrender for an elderly couple who had to move into assisted living and, sadly, couldn’t take their beloved kitty with them.

Upon arrival, we quickly realized that sweet kitty was not doing well and needed to be seen by a veterinarian.

Unfortunately, we learned that he was very sick and, after discussing his condition, the heartbreaking decision was made to let him go peacefully.

We wanted to make sure this sweet boy could return home to his humans. We paid for his cremation, ashes, and a paw print to be sent to his owners so they could have him back where he belonged.

The total bill came to around $250.00.

Because of our incredible supporters, we are able to say YES to situations like this. Your donations allow us to provide closure even when the outcome isn’t the one we hoped for.

Every dollar raised on this post will go directly into our Angel Fund to help cover future situations like this when they arise.

Thank you for helping us make sure that even in their final moments, these animals are surrounded by love. ❤️🐾

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We have SO many kittens and cats in our care right now that we will be closing feline intake until we can find homes for the cats and kittens ready for homes.

We have a lovely senior pair who have had ZERO interest. 🥲 They are fully vetted, fixed, and have NO adoption fee. These sweet seniors deserve a loving home to spend their golden years in. No senior should have to be homeless.

And then there are the kittens…

26 KITTENS.
YES… TWENTY-SIX KITTENS.

On top of that, we currently have two adult cats in our care as well.

Some of the kittens are still growing or awaiting their veterinary appointments, but that doesn’t stop the daily expenses. They still need food, litter, medical care, and lots of love every day.

Just this MONTH alone, we have spent over $5,000 on veterinary care.

We really need YOUR HELP to keep caring for these animals.
