This is amazing!
Remi had shown a pretty severe level of fear with other dogs here when she 1st arrived. Screaming out of fear with dogs 20ft away. Not screaming at the dogs, but as if they were already in her space hurting her was the scream she let out.
After 2 weeks of lots of time around groups of dogs and sometimes just a dog wandering around ignoring her, we have brought out a happy go lucky puppy who is comfortable enough to be silly.
I found the puppy within 😃

These 2 went home Monday and it’s only the beginning!

The 1st week home is HARD!
Dogs are NOT robots they aren’t magically “Trained” and just act perfect.
Training camp programs still require a lot of learning on the owners part and commitment to the journey.
These kids now have a foundation, but need to generalize what they’ve learned to also practicing at home and that mom too will hold them accountable.

It’s normal for dogs to push the boundaries and to see what the humans will or won’t tolerate, what can get they get away with.

1 is hard.

2 learning at the same time is extra hard.

These pups are very lucky to have a committed owner who is willing to put in the work to make this work.

Sending her lots of mental strength this week as she brings these 2 back into the home environment and starts to implement the training at home.
