What an incredible turnout for last night’s Agility Course Test! 🎉🐾 We loved seeing so many amazing handlers and happy dogs out on the course!

We’re excited to celebrate some awesome accomplishments:
🏅 ACT 1: 27 out of 34 qualifying scores and 13 new ACT 1 Titles!
🏅 ACT 2: 17 out of 25 qualifying scores and 6 new ACT 2 Titles!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered, participated, cheered others on, and especially those who pulled double duty to help make the event such a success. We truly couldn’t do it without this wonderful community!

Thank you to all who supported Lyons Township DTC’s agility trials this past weekend! Congratulations to all for successes—Q or NQ—in your runs! Special Congrats to teams who earned “big” titles-- 2 MACHs, 1 PACH, and 1 GRAND CHAMPION!!

Betty Nagler Smith always does an amazing job as the trial Chairperson. Without her dedication, we don't know where we would be without her.

Judges Annette Narel and Lisa Potts had fun, challenging, well-nested courses. As always, Secretary Bob Olson and Dee posted results and printed stickers quickly.

As you know, agility trials can’t go on without the help of numerous volunteers. For Thursday’s setup, thank you to Ron Ronald McGrath , David Ore , Phil Nuger, Denise Denise Kurdziel Holder, Kevin Wyderka, Nancy Kois, Loretta Marchese, Susan Sanders, Paiboon Junlekh, and Maria Sutjiamin.

Hospitality Chair Gina Cameron kept all the volunteers well-fed. She made the main course for each day’s lunch, created and set up the summer beach photo op, and helped in the rings, too. Chief Course Builders Ron, Phil, and Tom Rezmer were ready and efficient with all of the course changes, and Ron was able to solve the minor electronics and equipment glitches quickly.

Thank you to Ring Coordinators Erin Rezmer and Crystal Black, to Kim Kim-Renee DeBenedictis , who scribed in most Ring 1 classes each day, Kevin, who scribed and set bars all day Friday and Saturday, and to ALL of the volunteers who stepped in and helped the rings run smoothly.

Finally, many thanks to Ron, Phil, Chris Hansen, Erin, Tom, Crystal, and Gina, who helped get all of the equipment into the trailer and the club’s many boxes loaded into cars on Sunday afternoon.

Lyons Township Dog Training Club did it again! 🐾🌟
We proudly hosted our annual TD & TDX Tests today—and WOW, what a day! Despite battling rain, sleet, and some seriously strong winds, our teams powered through… and TWO DOGS PASSED! 🎉🐕
A huge shoutout to our incredible Chairperson & Secretary, Dave Crawford, for putting on such a fantastic event! 🙌
Our judges, Ul & Connie, designed some amazing tracks that truly put our teams to the test—way to challenge those noses! 👃🐾
And of course, we couldn’t do any of this without our amazing volunteers who came out in tough conditions to lay tracks and crosstracks. Your dedication makes it all possible, and we are so grateful! 💛
Congratulations to all teams—what an unforgettable day!
