After almost 9 years in business as Pinnacle K9 Inc, recent life changes left us having to make some hard decisions.
That said, we would like to inform you all that Pinnacle K9 Inc is currently undergoing rebranding, and will now be known as Pinnacle Pawtential , and is now being run under new ownership and management.

This was not an easy decision to make. We will miss seeing all the wonderful faces we’ve gotten to know and love like our own, over the last 9 years. ❤️
Huge thank you to our wonderful clients (YOU!👏) for your unwavering support and loyalty during our 9 years in business.

We hope that the new Pinnacle Pawtential Team can carry on what we started!
Please know, all new and upcoming changes are being put in place by the new team.

Those that wish to continue daycare and boarding services with Pinnacle Pawtential (if you haven’t already) are able to do so and the new/updated gingr app is now up and running under their name (you’ll still temporarily see the Pinnacle K9 logo). All your login details will remain the same.

If you use the app- You need to uninstall the app from your phone and reinstall it, and use facility code : 957046

All pre-existing confirmed reservations remain active. All unexpired package credits, are still valid. (Reminder all package credits expire 365 days after original purchase).

This girl is in need of a home. She belongs to a client. Lola is a sweet and energetic girl who has attended daycare (and boarding) with us on a weekly basis for almost 2 years.

We’re writing to inform you that we’re proactively addressing some unforeseen family challenges and staffing shortages that have impacted our daycare program. 📣As a result, we'll be temporarily pausing our daycare services, effective February 11th, 2025. 📣

We want to assure you that our boarding services this month will continue without interruption, and we'll be in touch to confirm the details.

We're working hard to resolve these issues quickly and appreciate your patience. The quality of care your dogs receive remains our top priority.

We're confident that our daycare program will emerge from this pause even stronger, with an unwavering commitment to quality care.
