When we pick up your pet from your veterinarian, we know you’re trusting us with someone you love.

That’s why their care and identification begin the moment they are placed in our hands.

Each pet receives an individual RFID tracking tag at pickup. You’re notified when they leave the veterinary clinic and again when they have safely arrived and been checked in at Heavenly Acres.

It’s one more way we provide families with peace of mind, transparency, and local care from beginning to end.

More than 20 years later, I still believe this work matters deeply. 💙

I’ve watched the relationship between people and their pets change so much over the years. They aren’t simply pets anymore; they’re family, companions, comfort, and often one of the kids.

And when it comes time to say goodbye, I believe families deserve the same thing we’ve always wanted to provide: compassionate, transparent care from people right here in their own community whom they can trust.
