Alrighty ! Here’s my fun fact ! Not sure how fun it is though !! 😂
In 1988, my mom was determined that I should compete in the Miss Pr***en USA pageant in Wichita, Kansas. I, on the other hand, had absolutely no interest in being there.
After some negotiations, I agreed to participate under one condition: if I won, I would get a dachshund puppy.
Well, I didn’t win. To be fair, I probably wasn’t a strong contender since I spent most of the pageant looking less than thrilled about the whole experience. 😄
But here’s the best part—I got the dachshund anyway! I named him Nicholas, and he was worth far more to me than any crown or trophy could have ever been. ❤️🐾
