There are a lot of things I used to do that I do not do anymore.

The biggest shift for me was realizing that better training is not about doing more. It is about clearer communication, better timing, better fit, and more consistency.

That is exactly why I shared these on Stories today.

Which one stands out to you the most?

A better walk starts before we ever take the first step.

I check the fit. I check the connection. And I check the dog in front of me.

Taking an extra minute before we move can change the whole training session.

Be honest. Do you check your setup first, or do you clip on and go?

Shop Kimberland Collars and use TRAINWITHKC with 10 or more items in your cart for 20% off.

Monday reset.

I’m not looking for a perfect dog or a perfect walk.
I’m looking for better communication, better recovery and a dog that understands what I’m asking.

Are you measuring progress by perfection, or by what your dog can do better today than last week?

Friday training truth.

A prong collar is a tool. The real work is in your timing, fit, communication and consistency.

So here’s the question: Are you expecting the collar to do the work, or are you putting in the training too?

Shop Kimberland Collars and use TRAINWITHKC with 10 or more items in your cart for 20% off.

A good training session starts before the first step.

I always check the fit before we head out. High. Snug. Secure. Then train.

A prong collar is a communication tool, but are you taking the time to make sure yours actually fits your dog correctly?

A little more behind the scenes from the shop.

Today we are dialing in the equipment and making sure everything is ready for us to get back to building Kimberland Collars.

This part of the work is not very glamorous, but it matters.
Would you want to see more of the tools and equipment we use to make our collars?

You can still shop Kimberland Collars online. Use TRAINWITHKC with 10 or more items in your cart and get 20% off.
