Apparently our RODI system heard how much water this place needs and decided to quit. 😂
So while we're waiting on parts, let's have some fun.
💧 GUESS THE GALLONS! 💧
Once DNA Aquatic is completely filled and running, how many gallons of water do you think will be inside all of our systems combined?
🐠 Saltwater
🐟 Freshwater
🪸 Coral systems
💧 Everything!
Drop your guess in the comments.
Closest guess wins $100 DNA Aquatic store credit!
We'll reveal the actual number when we reopen.
Here's your first hint: it's probably a LOT more than you think. 👀
While everybody is guessing, we're going to keep showing you little sneak peeks of what's happening behind the scenes.
We're working day and night to get DNA Aquatic back open — and we promise this place is going to be worth the wait. 🌊🔥

🐠 DNA AQUATIC REOPENING UPDATE 🐠

Well… apparently opening an aquarium store without water is frowned upon. 😂💧

Unfortunately, it may be another week before we’re able to reopen. We’re currently having a few issues with our RODI system, and the parts we need are already on order. Until we get everything back up and running, we simply don’t have the water we need to properly fill our systems or take care of you guys the way we want to.

So for the moment, you could say DNA Aquatic is a little dry-docked. 😂🐟

It honestly feels like everything possible has tried to keep us from getting these doors back open, but we promise you — we are not slowing down. We’ve been here day and night working, building, fixing, organizing, and getting everything ready.

And we truly believe the wait is going to be worth it.

When we reopen, you can expect an amazing selection of saltwater and freshwater livestock, corals, birds, reptiles, dry goods, foods, supplies, and much more. We’re putting everything we have into making this new store something special for Elkhart and the entire Michiana area.

We sincerely apologize for the delays, and we appreciate everyone who has been checking in, supporting us, and patiently waiting.

❤️ Thank you for sticking with DNA Aquatic.

We’re almost there — and when these doors finally open, we plan on making one heck of a splash. 🌊🐠🔥
