A message to whoever is smoking in the dog park and discarding their filters and cigarette butts on the grounds. The dog park is a no smoking zone. If you insist on not following the rules please have the decency of putting your filters/butts in the trash cans. Our dogs have eaten them and their digestive system will not break the filter down
