Our thoughts and prayers are with all those in Spokane affected by the Upriver fire.

According to reports, one person who refused to evacuate died and 15 homes destroyed.

We are assisting with placements for pets with local agencies and hope and pray that everyone finds their missing pets

God bless the first responders and emergency teams who risk life and limb to protect others.

Saying goodbye to Helga… such a sweet and beautiful girl 💔😥. She had a mass in her digestive system ( not an egg) the X-rays revealed- this is so heartbreaking - Helga was the #1 hen in the coop and came to us last summer in rough shape at about 3-4 years old

She blossomed into a gorgeous hen and we fell in love

Helga spent her last day in the green grass and sunshine eating bugs
