Equilibrium a.k.a. Lib is still looking for his forever home!

Equilibrium has done wonderfully in a foster home and even found his very own best friend when he returned to the shelter. But now that his buddy is leaving, Lib is looking for a new best friend to share his adventures with!

Equilibrium is dog social and knows lots of commands! He loves playing with balls and tug toys, going for walks, joining you on coffee outings, splashing around in the sprinklers and most of all, loves hanging out right by your side.

Lib is ready for a person or family who will be his buddy, include him in their adventures, and love him for exactly who he is. ❤️

One year ago today, Lucy arrived at our shelter at just 4 months old. And somehow, this sweet girl is still waiting for her person to find her.
Lucy can be a little shy when you first meet her, but give her some time and you’ll discover a heart full of love.  
She’s playful, smart, and very treat-motivated!
Lucy loves making new dog friends and is happy to play however her canine pals want to play, whether they’re big or small. She’s also been polite with cats she’s met and shows wonderful manners when she’s out and about.
She truly is a gem of a dog, just waiting for someone willing to take the time to get to know her. Once she trusts you, you’ll see just how much love this girl has to give. 
After a whole year at the shelter, Lucy deserves to know what it feels like to finally be home.

Meet Stella (A066230)

This beautiful German Shepherd was scared when she first arrived at our shelter, but today, we see the sweetest, most easygoing personality.
She’s all about pets, cuddles, long walks, and soaking up quality time with her favorite people.

If you’re looking for a gentle, loving companion who will bring a little more sunshine into your everyday life, Stella just might be your girl. ☀️

Everyone loves a tiny kitten, but don’t overlook the amazing adult cats waiting for their forever homes.

Sakura, 6, is a spicy sweetheart who loves being part of whatever you’re doing. She’ll happily accept snuggles and head rubs once she’s decided you’re her person.

Horchata, 8, is our sweet, shy guy who may be hiding in his blanket fort when you visit. Give him a little time, and you’ll discover a total lovebug who dreams of curling up under the covers with you.

Kittens are cute, but older cats come with personalities, charm, and plenty of love already built in. Cozy season is here. Fall for an adult cat!

Meet Russell A061731: Your Next Run Club Buddy!

Russell has already joined his foster for a couple of running events—and he even made it onto the podium! 🏅 Talk about a great running partner! He walks nicely on a loose leash, loves being active, and is ready to hit the trails (or neighborhood sidewalks) with his future person.

But Russell isn’t all go, go, go! Once the day is done, he’s perfectly happy curling up beside you for some serious cuddle time.

Russell is housebroken, has wonderful house manners, settles well in his crate, and gets along appropriately with other dogs. He’s also smart, eager to please, and already knows sit, down, and stay using hand signals.

🏃 Running partner? Check.
🐾 Dog-friendly? Check.
🏠 Great house manners? Check.
🐓 Chickens? Check.
🎉 Adventure buddy? Check.
❤️ Professional cuddler? Absolutely!

From foster mom to forever family! ❤️

We love a good foster success story, and this one has a very happy ending! For the past three years, one of our amazing foster parents has opened her home to eight large-breed dogs, giving each one love, safety, and a second chance.

And then came Adrian Pimento… She officially foster failed and they’re now living happily ever after!

We’re so grateful for fosters who make such a difference in the lives of shelter dogs.
Thank you for giving them a chance and for finding your forever friend along the way!
