Don’t miss your chance to grab your very own locally grown black raspberry bush! We only have a few available, and once these are gone we may be bringing in some other varieties instead. If you’ve been thinking about starting a berry patch or adding something productive to your garden, now’s the perfect time to stop by.

These plants are hardy growers and can continue producing fruit year after year with proper care. They’re also loved by pollinators when flowering season arrives, helping support bees and other beneficial insects in your garden. I bet you didn’t know we recently restocked the baby White’s tree frogs! Also known as the “dumpy tree frog,” these adorable little babies are packed full of personality and appetite. Even though they’re all currently under 1 inch in size, they’re already super curious about their environment and love watching everything going on around them.

White’s tree frogs are known for their goofy expressions, chunky bodies, and calm personalities, which is one of the reasons they’ve become such a popular pet frog species. Unlike some frogs that are super shy, these little guys are often very bold and inquisitive. Many will happily climb to the front of the enclosure to see what you’re doing — especially if they think food is involved!

We have 2 new leopard geckos available at Luke’s! They’re both over a year old, although their exact ages are unknown. We currently have one male and one female available. The female is more laid back and seems perfectly happy relaxing in her favorite hiding spot and watching the world go by. The male, on the other hand, is constantly on the move and loves exploring every inch of his enclosure.

With proper care, these little reptiles can live surprisingly long lives, sometimes reaching 15–20 years old! One of the coolest things about leopard geckos is their personalities. Some are super curious and outgoing while others are calm little couch potatoes. They can recognize routines, learn to associate people with feeding time, and many become very comfortable being gently handled. Leopard geckos also communicate through body language — tail waving, little chirps, and even tail rattling can all mean different things.

Did you know we currently have two incredibly curious and friendly baby gerbils available? These little ones are already so social and sweet—something that’s extra special at such a young age. They love to explore, interact, and will happily come up to say hello, making them a joy to watch and bond with.

Gerbils are such a fun and unique pet for a lot of reasons. They’re natural little engineers, constantly digging tunnels and rearranging their space, which makes their enclosure endlessly entertaining to watch. Unlike some small animals, they’re very clean and low-odor, since they come from desert environments and produce minimal waste. They’re also highly social animals, so they do best in pairs or small groups—meaning they keep each other company and show off adorable behaviors like grooming and cuddling.

Another thing people love about gerbils is their gentle and curious nature. With regular handling, they can become very tame and enjoy interacting with their humans. They’re also most active during the day and evening, so you’ll actually get to see them playing, digging, and snacking instead of sleeping all day.

If you’re looking for a pet that’s interactive, entertaining, and full of personality packed into a tiny body, these two might be the perfect match.

Did you hear? We just got baby Golden Comet chicks in yesterday! If you haven’t stopped by yet, now’s your chance to come see them.

These tiny little babies are only about the size of a golf ball, but what they lack in size they more than make up for in cuteness. You’ll hear their soft, gentle peeping as they explore their enclosure and wait for their future families to find them.

We currently have just over 20 chicks available, and from the looks of it, they won’t last long. Be sure to stop by this weekend to meet these adorable Golden Comets before they all fly the coop and head off to their new homes.

Please note: their genders are determined, and they are all female—these are what we call “pullet” chicks, meaning we can guarantee you will get a hen and not a rooster.

To help give them the best start, we’re also offering locally made, soy-free, non-GMO chick starter feed. Both the chicks and feed are proudly supplied by Lancaster Hatchery.
