6/30 Update:
Half Moon Beach has a water quality advisory due to elevated bacteria levels. Water activities are not recommended. This water can make you sick and cause skin rashes. If you choose to use the water: don’t swallow it, wash your hands before eating, and shower after water contact.

I am going to be testing out a new system for contact forms for my pet sitting! The following link will take you to a page for information in a contact form.

Once I have received the contact form, I will send you a link to create an account with more information (See attached images for what is requested!). Please be descriptive, but also note that I will ask some of these questions again during a meet and greet!

From there, additional forms may be sent (veterinary release forms, etc) that will need to be filled out either via a computer or printed and scanned back to me.

With each appointment being booked/requested, you will get an email if it is either approved/something I'm able to do, OR if it was declined. I will add in a note why the request was declined.

This is all a work in progress, so please give some leeway. If you don't hear from me within 24 hours of a contact form, please message me here or email me.
