One dog at a time...... Meet Gus — a 7-month-old male terrier mix bursting with personality and pure joy! 🐾 This happy boy is always ready for fun, snuggles, and making new friends.

His housetraining is coming along great, and he gets along wonderfully with other dogs and absolutely loves kids. As of right now, he hasn’t had the chance to meet any cats yet.

We are currently fostering him through Forever Friends of Appanoose Rescue while he searches for his perfect forever home. Before adoption, he will be neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, and will also have wellness bloodwork and a f***l test completed.

If you’re looking for a sweet, playful pup to add extra happiness to your home, this little guy may be your perfect match!

Yesterday was National Animal Disaster Preparedness Day.🌪️ Are you prepared?

Please join us in wishing Jessica a happy 11th workiversary today! We cannot believe it's been 11 years since she started here as a combination receptionist/veterinary assistant. In that time, she has grown and improved in all her skills, and completed her two-year training to become a registered veterinary technician! Always ready to help any of her co-workers, she has excellent technical skills, a cheery personality, and a can-do attitude. She's always up for a challenge, and she's completed more CE hours than anyone we know! Thank you Jessica for all your hard work and the fun you bring to the hospital every day. 😊
