Cheyenne Duy and her gorgeous mare Luna saw such profound changes during the Connection Before Correction clinic this past weekend, as did all of the rider pairs. We are already planning on a couple of these for next year! Message me to be put on our mailing list with upcoming details. ❤️

When I tell people my sessions are often based on energy work principles, people often ask what IS energy work?

What makes this work different and why will it help my horse or myself?

My work is based on the principle of working with the vital force in individuals. This is the life force within not only the tissues of the body, but also within the organs, the emotional and mental energy bodies where stored, unprocessed emotions live, and even patterns of disease. By tuning into the vital force, I can help boost the body’s innate, self-healing properties. I am asking the body to heal itself without much input from me. This is accomplished by light touch (or even distance touch), which can be really beneficial to individuals where touch can be too much.

Interested in a session? Please message me or check out my website www.valkyrieequinebodywork.com. There are some testimonials from clients who have seen wonderful benefits from this work.

I am so honored to be asked to help with this rescue as part of their care team. These horses have been through a lot, and I’m so blessed to be able to help heal some of their trauma physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. There were some really great sessions today.

I donated two sessions as I feel it’s a big part of my calling to give back to these rescues that do so much for the animals.

We had Valkyrie Equine Bodywork out to work with a few of the horses. Jack (pictured here), Ben, Mya, Karli and Ccino all benefitted greatly@ from the session.

We have five more in two weeks and will then make a priority list to try to do on a regular basis.

It's something that is difficult to afford but with the horses we have - old injuries, former lesson or driving horses- we knew they could benefit from some focused body work. It was very educational!!

If you'd like to support the horses, we would greatly appreciate

Today was another huge session for Corduroy, an OTTB mare that had some pretty big head trauma from earlier in her life we have been helping her work through.

She had a bit of a setback in her progress from a head shakers episode that lasted several days. Her guardian, has done an amazing job helping her navigate these episodes. But this one was particularly bad and did quite a number on her body.

Corduroy released another deep trauma pattern today, but really felt called to have her mom help her through it. This was at the end of the session once I was able to find and release the pattern. She laid down and immediately put her head in Sarah’s lap, which then turned into a complete reset nap for a good 10 minutes.

Corduroy, being a Fire element, really releases through a heart-centered connection with Sarah. It was amazing to watch how their connection and bond is helping heal Corduroy’s body, mind, and spirit.

This is why I do what I do. Healing on a quantum level, with a heart-focused practice.

Thank you tremendously Sarah for trusting Corduroy‘s healing with me. The bond you two have brings me to tears, and she is so lucky to have you. ❤️

Mark your calendars!

I am SO EXCITED to announce that I will be part of a new clinic series, Connection Before Correction. Our inaugural event will be 9/26 and 9/27.

Partnering with and .leblanc , this two-day educational event will explore the interconnectedness of biomechanics, postural alignment, and connection for both the horse and rider.

This is such a unique opportunity as:
- you will get two riding lessons (one being an evaluation) with Suzanne
- your horse will be receiving bodywork from Daniela and I
- you as a rider will also be receiving bodywork from Daniela and I

This event will be jammed packed with information on connection, communication, biomechanics, and bodywork. We will be discussing what we see in the bodies of both the horse and rider before the clinic and after to see what changes occurred and how it impacts their health and riding.

It is a wonderful educational opportunity for auditors as well!

More details are below. Riders and auditors must pre-register as there are limited spots. Only 6 rider spots!

Message me for more details or to register!
