November marks 5 YEARS of The Country Clipper! 🐾✂️ FIVE YEARS!! I seriously can’t believe it.

To celebrate such a huge milestone, I have some really fun things planned throughout November as a big THANK YOU to all of you who have supported my little business over the years. 🥹❤️

There may be some giveaways, surprises, special goodies, and a few things I’m keeping secret for now… 👀🎁

I wouldn’t be celebrating five years without my amazing clients (and, of course, all of my furry customers 🐶🐱). Some of you have been with me since the very beginning, and that means more to me than you know.

Important Payment Policy Update

Unfortunately, this past year I've had several people walk out without paying for their services at all so going forward this is going to be the new policy.
Effective immediately, all electronic payments must be completed before your pet is picked up.

Unfortunately, I have recently experienced an increase in completed services going unpaid. As a small business, I cannot continue releasing pets before payment has been received.

If you plan to pay electronically, please send your payment when you receive your pickup notification or complete it upon arrival—before your pet leaves the salon. Cash payments may still be made at pickup.

Any balance that remains unpaid for more than 48 hours after services are completed will result in termination as a client, and no future appointments will be accepted.

I truly appreciate the many wonderful clients who consistently pay promptly. This policy is necessary to protect my time, work, and business while keeping expectations fair and consistent for everyone.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
