🐾🤍 Happy National Dog Day from The Pampered Pooch! 🤍🐾

We may call this a job, but loving your babies has always been so much more than that. 🥹

These are just a few of the many sweet faces we’ve had the privilege of loving, pampering, cuddling, grooming, playing with, and caring for along the way. Some have been with us since the very beginning, some we’ve only recently gotten the chance to love, and some of these precious faces have since crossed the Rainbow Bridge. 🌈🐾 Though they may no longer walk through our doors, they will always hold a special place in our hearts and in the story of The Pampered Pooch.

Every dog that comes through our doors becomes a little part of our family. Thank you for trusting us with the babies who mean the absolute world to you. We hope you always know just how much we love them, too. 🩷

Sweet Lola has our hearts melting!❤️

We love welcoming new pups into our shop, and her story is quite unique. As she was found at Sutton Park behind the hospital here in Elberton where her moms spent days trying to get their hands on her.

After several rotisserie chickens, dog food bags, and sweet talking. Lola is now in the best home!

While she is still skiddish, we know daycare will be great for her to interact more and come out her shell some.

Please help us in welcoming Lola to The Pooch family as she has stole all of our hearts! 💕

SAY HELLO TO OUR NEWEST EMPLOYEE! 🐾🎀

We’re so excited to officially welcome Alyssa Royston to The Pampered Pooch family! 💗 I tried hinting that we have a few new things coming to the pooch, and she is one of them!!

Alyssa is from Royston, GA and is married to her husband, Levi! When she isn’t at the Pooch, you can usually find the two of them spending time together — most likely with their pup, Jasper, right there with them. 🐶🤍

And lucky for us, Alyssa is no stranger to the pet care world! ✨ She has previous experience with grooming, daycare, and boarding and has always had a huge love for animals.

One of her favorite parts of working with dogs is getting to know each of their little personalities and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and SO loved while they’re in our care. 🥹🐾

We are so excited to have her as part of our little Pooch pack and can’t wait for all of our clients to get to know her! 💕✨

Some people see dog grooming as baths, haircuts, and a little dog hair everywhere.

I see trust.

I see the nervous puppy who learns that not every new experience is scary. I see the senior dog who needs a little extra patience because standing is harder than it used to be. I see the families who hand me one of the most important parts of their lives and trust me to care for them.

This job has never just been about making dogs look pretty.

It’s about building relationships, celebrating the little victories, learning every dog’s personality, and making sure they leave happier than when they walked through our doors. It’s about the quiet moments that no one else sees—the gentle reassurance, the extra hugs, the deep breaths, and the pride that comes from stepping back and knowing you gave your best.

Owning this business has challenged me in ways I never imagined, but it has also blessed me beyond measure. Every long day, every early morning, every late evening, every difficult groom, and every happy tail wag has reminded me why I chose this path.

I truly love what I do.

Not because it’s easy—because it isn’t. But because it’s meaningful. I get to spend my days caring for God’s creatures, serving our community, and doing something that fills my heart.

To every client who has trusted The Pampered Pooch with your babies… thank you. Your support has allowed me to turn a dream into my everyday reality, and I will never take that for granted.

It’s been a little quiet over here on our page, but that’s only because we’ve been busy doing what we love most—caring for all of your sweet pups! 🐾💛

This summer has been one for the books, and we truly cannot thank our amazing clients enough. Between grooming, boarding, daycare, and pet sitting, you’ve kept us on our toes, and we are so incredibly grateful for every appointment, every referral, every recommendation, and every wagging tail that walks through our doors.

The countdown is officially on! We can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow at Bobby Brown Park for our First Annual Paws For A Purpose benefiting LeeAnn Hover Fordham.

Before you head out, here are a few things to remember:

🐾 Event Rules
• No aggressive dogs allowed
• Maximum of 2 dogs per person
• No retractable leashes
• All dogs must remain on a leash at all times

🎒 Don’t Forget
• Bring your lawn chair and stay awhile!
• $5.00 for park entry/parking
