🚨 NEW LAW IN EFFECT 🚨

The Foley Police Department would like to make the community aware of a new law that is officially in effect in the state of Alabama.

Beau's Law came into effect yesterday, October 1st, and impacts dog owners who keep their dogs outdoors.

We'd like to make it clear that this new law does not ban outdoor dogs or all tethering systems. What it does do is legally set minimum requirements that must be met to ensure dogs kept outdoors are provided with a safe tethering system, proper shelter, food, water, and adequate space.

Please be sure to make the necessary changes if this law impacts the current condition of your dogs.

If you need to report a complaint, please do not hesitate to call and we will investigate the situation. Our direct number to dispatch is (251)943-4431.

With the storm approaching, GPaws Farm will be open and ready to help keep your pups safe! 🐾

If you’re evacuating, we realize there are many reasons people leave pets behind Can’t take to shelter, live on the water, or simply don’t have a safe place for your pets to stay/ potty during the storm, just don’t physically have room in your vehicle, where you are taking safety already has pets,etc.. PLEASE DON’T!!! We have staff caring for your animals! we’re here to help.❤️

🏠 Indoor areas are available for potty breaks and activities, so your pup can stay comfortable and protected from the weather.

Let GPaws be your pup’s safe place while you and your family ride out the storm. Call us today to reserve a spot!
