NOTICE TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS (updated 3/20/20)
We are all concerned about the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are committed to providing for your pet’s needs during this time. We know of no disruptions to our supply chain, so we fully expect to continue normal business operations for the foreseeable future. In order to assure safety for our employees and the general public, we are implementing policies that will follow guidelines given by the CDC and government officials. We are taking the following precautions to keep our customers and employees as safe as possible during this time:
1. One customer per family will be allowed in the store to shop at a time.
2. Only 10 customers will be allowed in the store at a time.
3. If you don’t want to come into the store, no problem. Just give us a call and we can do your transaction over the phone and bring the goods to you in your vehicle.
4. We sanitize surfaces in the store several times a day including all door handles, counters, pens and credit card machines.
5. Our employees use hand sanitizer and wash their hands with soap and water frequently. Employees will wear gloves.
6. If any employee is feeling unwell, they have been instructed to stay home.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and update you immediately through our website and social media if there are any changes. Remember to be safe, wash your hands, and to give your pets a big hug!
