💜 RAFFLE FOR BABY MERRITT ROSS 💜

Our community has an opportunity to come together and make a difference for a very special family.

Sweet Baby Merritt Ross has been fighting since the day she was born and has now spent nearly two months in the hospital. During this incredibly difficult time, her family has been by her side every step of the way, facing emotional, physical, and financial challenges.

To help ease some of that burden, Ruff Cuts Grooming is hosting a raffle, and 100% of the proceeds will go directly to Baby Merritt Ross's family to help with expenses while they focus on what matters most—being there for their little girl.

Good evening everyone! We have some exciting news to share with you all — we are adding a FOURTH groomer to the Ruff Cuts family! 🐾✂️

Some of you may already know her and will be excited to have her back grooming your pups, while others may be meeting her for the first time. So let us introduce you to Hailey!

Do you have that one pup everyone stops to admire? The one strangers want pictures of because they’re just that flashy? Hailey is your girl!

Hi everyone! My name is Hailey D Thurlkill , and I’m a proud mother of two beautiful children. I’ve been a dog groomer for 17 years and have spent my entire life around animals. From growing up showing cattle in 4-H to professionally grooming show cattle, animals have always been a huge part of my life.

At 19 years old, I walked into a small grooming shop looking for a simple “get me by” job as a bather. What started as just a job quickly turned into a true passion for the grooming industry. I learned the basics there and went on to work in several grooming shops around El Dorado. About four years ago, I joined one of the top grooming salons in Little Rock, where my skills and talent were cultivated and refined by the owner. During that time, I learned advanced handling techniques, safety practices, and continued perfecting my craft.

Now, I’m so excited to come back to my roots right here in El Dorado!

I especially enjoy creative grooming and Asian Fusion cuts, but my specialty is Standard Poodles and Doodles! 🐩✨

Bring me a picture of what you’re wanting for your pup, and together we’ll make a plan to achieve the look you love — along with a maintenance schedule to keep them looking their best!
