Dr Rhodes is moving a little more slowly for the next 2 weeks. She had surgery and is in recovery. Everything went smoothly, but doctor’s orders are to take it easy. We will be rescheduling the more difficult procedures over the next couple of weeks. Thanks for your understanding!

I am pleased to announce, that in conjunction with Rhodes Mobile Veterinarian, we are able to offer a low-cost rabies and vaccination clinic to the citizens of Union County. Rabies is a fatal viral disease that can be prevented.
Thank you to Dr. Rhodes for partnering and providing this service. In addition, each participant who signs up for the clinic will be entered into a drawing to receive one of two $100.00 gift cards from our local feed stores, sponsored by Union County Judge Mike Loftin.
With rabies on the rise, I feel that this is a service that is greatly needed here in South Arkansas.
The clinic will be held at the Union County Fairgrounds in the Livestock Barn.

🦟 Let’s talk heartworms!
Heartworm disease is spread when an infected mosquito bites a dog. Heartworms live in the heart, lungs, and surrounding blood vessels, where they can cause serious damage.
Dogs may show no signs at all in the early stages, making routine testing especially important.

The American Heartworm Society recommends year-round prevention and annual testing.
