I have alot of thanks to give to my Copperfields birds! You cannot mistake the benefits of working with old line birds. They are hardier and just have good bones about them!
I wanted to let everyone know I do still have breed and do hatching eggs from my silkies.
Loosing our son hit me hard and still does. Then I lost my bff and partner in crime Liz. These last two years have been hard and I quietly withdrew into myself and family.
I don’t have any weird feathers , fancy colors just old old lines that I have kept from pals that have since left the fancy. If you are interested in eggs let me know. I enclose as many extras as possible but with handling once they leave me they are out of my control.
I am not doing single colors but will try to help as best I can. So this means hens choice ! As always I only ship fresh eggs and do not have them waiting for someone to ask. I do not do lists but ship as quick as possible as soon as the girls lay. If you ask for certain colors it will be longer than a hens choice as it always has been as we all know that live birds will only do as they do and havent yet managed to read the orders I write - sorry sarcasm! But seriously I will let you know when ship and your eggs will be fresh laid not waiting for the time someone asks.
Life seems to be testing so many in so many ways but I pray and hope that we will all remain friends and although I can’t bring myself to show yet I hope that my hatching will help others to get their goals.
