Rose’s ultrasound will be next week. I’m optimistic that she’s carrying a litter, but I await confirmation. In the meantime, here’s some puppy spam from Claire’s first litter. Claire was a great mom. Not sure how she’ll be as a grandmother.

Breeding announcement!
Rose will be bred to Jelle Lentevlinder this summer. Pups expected to go home in December. More information at https://www.californiadrents.com/rose-x-jelle-2026/.

Two top Dutch Drents with "excellent" evaluations by Dutch judges and impeccable health testing results. In fact, both are clear of the genes known to cause von Willebrand Disease. There's never before been such a combination of qualities in a United States Drent litter.

Drents love to play. Here Claire plays a game of keep-away with her daughter Shasta. It only ends when a butt needed to be sniffed. (Video from December 2017)
