Pinelands K-9 CLUB, INC.

Classes are held most Tuesday nights at the 4-H Center in Egg Harbor, NJ.

Pinelands K-9 Club of Southern New Jersey, was established in April 1993, and is a non-profit group of volunteer dog enthusiasts, providing dog training classes of all levels. Info about our club, training dates and application information is up on our website at pinelandsk9club.com. There is also a brochure there that can be downloaded and used for your veterinary practice, or to share with others. Phone and e-mail contact info is up on our website, as are registration forms, directions, etc.

🐾 Rally Run-Throughs Are Back This Fall! 🐾

Pinelands K9 Club is excited to offer Rally run-throughs again this Fall! Come join us for some practice, fun, and time in the ring with other dog-loving training enthusiasts.

📅 Dates:
September 8, 15, 22 & 29
October 13 & 20

🕖 Starting at 7 PM
🏁 Nested course — all levels welcome!
💰 $25 for 2 runs
🐕 $10 for an additional dog with the same handler

Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot!

🏆 Interested in Rally as a Regular Class?
We're also excited to offer Rally as a regular class session! This will provide an alternate pathway toward membership for those who are interested in joining Pinelands K9 Club.

The initial 6-week session is $150, followed by a second consecutive 6-week session for $120.

To complete the alternate membership pathway, participants will:

Complete two consecutive 6-week Rally sessions
Have a dog with a CD title
Attend 3 club meetings (held the first Tuesday of each month)
Once you become a member, your $120 annual membership gives you access to club training at no additional cost!

Our regular training season runs 10 months, from September through June, and members help support the club by assisting with setup or cleanup when they train, attending some meetings, and getting involved in the club community.

Whether you're looking for a few Rally run-throughs, interested in competing, or looking for a fun way to continue training with your dog, come train with us!

Dog sports will humble you. They will frustrate you. They will empty your wallet, steal your weekends, cover your vehicle in dog hair, and convince you that driving six hours for a few minutes in a ring is perfectly reasonable…… somehow… we LOVE it.

Because the real reward is the partnership.
It’s the dog looking back at you saying, “What are we doing next?”

It’s cheering for your friends. Respecting a beautiful performance even when it beats you. Helping the newcomer standing nervously outside the ring. Celebrating someone else’s first title like you remember celebrating your own.

There are so many different dog sports, so many different breeds, and so many different goals — but underneath all of it is the same thing:

People who absolutely love doing things with their dogs.

Win or lose. Qualify or NQ. First place or last.

At the end of the day, I get to load up my dog, head home, and know that we did something together.

And THAT is why I love dog sports.

Summer is winding down, the kids are heading back to school, and it's time for your dog to hit the books too! 🎓🐶

Our next Beginner Obedience Class starts Tuesday, September 8th at 7 PM, and we'd love to have you and your dog join us!

Whether you have a brand-new puppy, an adult dog who needs a refresher, or you're simply looking to build a stronger relationship with your dog, our Beginner Class is a great place to start.

🎉🐾 Congratulations to Robin & Millie! 🐾🎉

Please join us in congratulating Robin and her Poodle, Millie, on earning their FCAT title! 🏅💨

FastCAT is a 100-yard dash where dogs chase a lure at top speed, and earning an FCAT takes dedication, teamwork, and plenty of enthusiasm. Millie has shown just how much she loves to run, and we're thrilled to celebrate this exciting milestone with them!

🎉🐾 Has Nancy been busy... or what?! 🐾🎉

The past few months have been packed with accomplishments for Nancy and her incredible crew—Bodhi, Chief, and Lucas! From Rally to Fetch to Farm Dog, this team has certainly been keeping busy, and we couldn't be more proud!

🏅 April 12 – Passed his AKC Fetch Test and earned his Fetch Novice (FTN) title.
🏅 June 5 – Passed his Farm Dog Certification Test and earned his Farm Dog Certified (FDC) title.

🥇 April 26 – 1st Place in Rally.
🏅 June 5 – 4th Place in Rally.

🐾 Lucas
🏅 June 5 – Passed his Farm Dog Certification Test and earned his Farm Dog Certified (FDC) title.

What an incredible few months! These accomplishments are a testament to Nancy's dedication and the wonderful partnership she has built with each of her dogs.

🎉🐾 Another Congratulations to Lauren & Ava! 🐾🎉

A HUGE belated congratulations to Lauren and Ava on another outstanding weekend in the Rally ring at the Princeton Dog Training Club (PDTC) Trial on July 12!

Ava had an incredible day, earning multiple placements in **Rally Masters, Excellent, and Advanced**, including:

🏆 High Combined – Trial 1
🥇 1st Place in Rally Excellent** with a perfect score of 100
🥈 2nd Place in Rally Advanced** with a perfect score of 100

What an amazing accomplishment! Earning perfect scores while competing at multiple levels is a true testament to the hard work, dedication, and teamwork that Lauren and Ava continue to demonstrate every time they step into the ring.

The dog that tested you the most probably taught you more than the dog that made everything look easy.

The one that made you question yourself.

There were probably moments you wondered if you were doing enough… if you were the right person for that dog… if you would EVER get where you wanted to go.
