📌 From WAGS DOG PARK 🐶 to WAGS TRUSTED PET CARE 🐾
Wags Trusted Pet Care grew from years of hands-on experience caring for dogs and their families.
From 2021–2023, Wags operated at 152 Horton Street in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, as Wags Dog Park—a full-service dog-care facility offering dog boarding, doggy daycare, and dog training.
Running a professional dog-care facility taught us something important:
Every dog is different.
Some thrive in a busy daycare environment. Others are happier with a quieter routine, more individual attention, and the comfort of familiar surroundings.
That’s what inspired the next chapter of Wags.
We transitioned from operating a traditional facility to providing personalized, in-home pet care because we believe individualized care can be a better experience for many pets and their families.
Instead of trying to make every pet fit into the same routine, we focus on understanding the individual animal— their personality, habits, energy level, comfort zone, and specific needs.
Today, Wags Trusted Pet Care brings the experience we gained running a professional dog-care facility directly to the homes and families we serve.
Same experience. More personal care. More peace of mind.
