🐾HAPPY VETERINARY TECHNICIAN APPRECIATION WEEK!🐾

This week, we’re celebrating the incredible TEAM that makes Animal Medical Center I-35 what it is! 🐶🐱

While Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week is in the spotlight, we know it takes every single member of our team to provide exceptional care to our patients and an amazing experience for our clients.

From our doctors, veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, receptionists, kennel team, and groomer, each one play an important role in what we do every day. Whether they're comforting a nervous pet, helping a client through a difficult moment, keeping our hospital running smoothly, or lending a hand when things get busy, THEY make a difference! 💙

Veterinary medicine takes compassion, teamwork, patience, dedication, and a whole lot of heart. 🩺🐾 We are so thankful for the people who show up every day ready to give their best to the pets and families who trust us with their care.

To our entire AMC I-35 family: Thank you for the long days, the hard work, the happy tails, the teamwork, and the heart you pour into this profession. We couldn’t do what we do without each and every one of you!

🎉 Happy Boss’s Day to Dr. Farr! 🐾💙

Behind every great team is a leader who believes in them, challenges them to grow, and reminds them of what they’re capable of accomplishing.

Dr. Farr, we couldn’t do what we do best without your leadership, friendship, and mentorship. Thank you for always encouraging us to look for the yes, helping us navigate the tough days, and reminding us that there’s always a way to make a difference. Your support goes far beyond leading a veterinary hospital, you invest in your people, celebrate their growth, and inspire us to be better every day.

We’re so grateful to have a boss who is also a mentor, a friend, and someone who truly cares about our team and the pets and people we serve. ❤️🐶

Help us wish Dr. Farr a Happy Boss’s Day! We’re lucky to have you leading the Animal Medical Center I-35 family! 🐾

🚨 BIG NEWS AT AMC!🚨

We are SO excited to introduce the newest member of our team! 🐾💻

Chewy’s already hard at work, sitting in on training with our assistant McKynzi and learning the ins and outs of veterinary medicine.

At just 4 pounds, he’s already showing HUGE potential. 😂

Current skills:
💻 Computer training — ✔️
🐾 Looking adorable — ✔️✔️✔️
🩺 Providing emotional support — Expert level

We’re not sure what his official job title is yet, but Chief Cuteness Officer seems fitting. 😍

Welcome to the team, little guy! We’re excited to have you! 🐶❤️

One of the sweetest moments at our clinic happened today! ❤️

A client's children came along for their dog's exam and brought their very important stuffed animal friends for a checkup, too. What started as a routine visit quickly turned into a special appointment as our veterinarian and veterinary assistant made sure each beloved stuffy received the same attentive care as the family dog. 🩺🧸

🎉 Congratulations to our amazing vet assistant, Lauren, on being accepted into veterinary technician school! 🐾

Lauren will be continuing her journey with us here at Animal Medical Center while completing her online veterinary technician program and we couldn’t be more excited for her!
Veterinary technician school is a rigorous program that combines coursework in anatomy, pharmacology, nursing care, anesthesia, radiology, laboratory procedures, and more, along with hands-on clinical training.

We are so proud of Lauren’s hard work, dedication, and passion for animal care. Her commitment to growing her knowledge and skills is inspiring, and we know she has a bright future ahead in veterinary medicine.

Please join us in congratulating Lauren on this exciting next step! 💙🐶🐱

One of the best perks of being a vet assistant? Getting to spend time with patients like this handsome guy. Lauren is definitely enjoying the cuddles! 😍🐾

Everyone say hello to Pippen — a gorgeous ragdoll who came in for a visit today and absolutely stole the show. Those blue eyes had the whole clinic swooning. 💙

Fur on our scrubs? Always. Regrets? Zero. 🥹
