Day 22: Bull Terrier & English Bulldog

The Bull Terrier is one of the most comical and mischievous citizens of the dogdom with their playful and endearing, sometimes stubborn, personalities. These unique pups are exuberant, muscular companions who thrive for affection and exercise. For these pups to succeed in life, there are four key steps to a Bull Terriers happiness. They require early socialization with dogs, people and their surroundings. Firm, but loving, training will set them up for success, along with ample exercise, and lots of quality time with their adored humans. If you have met these requirements, prepare yourself for this pup who is more loyal, lovely and entertaining.

The English Bulldog is a friendly but dignified breed like many others. They are a thick-set, low-slung, well-muscled bruiser whose 'sourmug' face has earned itself the universal symbol of courage and tenacity. Most of the English Bulldog's are not meant for swimming and the breed as a whole is not built for the act. This is because of their stocky bodies, short legs, and short head. If you are wanting your pup to learn to swim, be sure that you are by their side and keep a watchful eye on them.

If you own a Bull Terrier or English Bulldog, be sure to stop by the store with them so that they have a chance to win a pawtastic prize and get their pictures taken for our socials!
