We love getting to impact lives through the restoration of vision for pets. Getting to witness Bourbon Rose’s journey back to vitality has been a true blessing. Thank you for sharing!

Now this is what I call teamwork! Today was Bourbon Roses 3 week check up. Dr. Studer said she’s doing amazing. She is officially done with the cone!…. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💕She will continue with some of her eye medications and recheck in another 3 weeks! If y’all are in the OKC area… actually anywhere in this part of the country and you need a very special, Eye specialist for your beloved fur baby! Then you need Dr. Studer and his amazing team Veterinary Eye Center of Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma. Bourbon Rose has had a lot of stress/trauma this year due to all her hospital stays and testing. But she is clearly very comfortable here . This is a stress free style specialist and I’m soooo…. Thankful that our amazing primary Dr. Carlton at OKC VET Campus recommended this particular Specialist. She is a stress free vet and she clearly takes it seriously when she sends one of her fur baby clients to another vet. Y’all keep praying for our girl Bourbon Rose! She can see again, her diabetes is very controlled and her bladder mass has shrank! However she’s still got some serious procedures ahead and she still needs your love, support, positive thoughts and prayer! Throw a prayer in there for momma as well cause I’m now dealing with with a girl who thinks she’s a puppy again! 😆

We are incredibly grateful for our clients and family veterinarians who trust us with the specialty eye care for your beloved pets and patients.

We will be closed the week of Thanksgiving as our facility undergoes some necessary renovations. If you need refills, please see us between 8am-1pm tomorrow (11/22). We've had a great first week of the 2024 ACVO/ Epicur Pharma National Service Animal Eye Exam Event event here at the Veterinary Eye Center of Oklahoma. It is an absolute honor to ensure that these animal heroes have healthy eyes so they can keep doing what they do best. Just one week into this event and we have already seen dogs from Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Below are a few of the dogs we got to meet and examine this week.
