Over the last few weeks we have been busy! My favorite part about boarding is not only the new pups I get to love on, but the familiar favorites as well. Here are a few pictures of the temporary family members❤️.

Grimm and Nyx were a joy to have last week and will be returning over Memorial Day. Grimm- a black GSD. Nyx- a red Doberman. (Both are my personal color favorites in each breed). Nyx was a fan of b***y scratches and head pats. Grimm is just happy to tag along with what Nyx is doing. We loved hosting these sweet pups& are excited to see them return soon!

Happy Lou has been a sweet temporary member of the family. She has been full of pup hugs, doggie smiles, and plenty of kisses( and the occasional tail smack but what is a lab without them😉). Lou is off leash trained so she has experienced a bit more freedom sniffing the local critter trails.

Toby came for a weekend visit and had the best time. He sniffed deer tracks, snuggled on the couch, and had several additional walks around the property. We’ll see you again soon, Toby!

When I think of a pup smiling, these two come to my mind 🫶🏻. We’re happy to have Achilles and Gwen for an extended weekend.

Choctaw the GSP is quite the model. He seems to pose for every picture. His other interests include fetch, fetch, and fetch. If you didn’t know -he would love to tell you- he loves fetch. Choctaw is extending his stay at Thunder Pup
with a board and train after his visit with us to polish his manners for his family.

Chewy has been with us for a few days& deserves the spotlight. He’s a 10 year old Border Collie who would have you fooled with his age as he still acts like a puppy! He enjoys all the chin scratches& hugs. We love you, Chewy!

Lydia- my first personal dog- turned 6 this week. It’s crazy how quickly the time has gone. She had plenty of her favorite things this week& participated in her favorite pastime (hunting flies😆). Here’s to this spunky girl and the next 6 years!
