Need Volunteer Hours?

There will be no volunteer closing dates on October 11 or October 18.

If you're still looking to complete volunteer hours, please send the Erie Hunt and Saddle Club a direct message.

We have a few outstanding projects available and would be happy to help you find a volunteer opportunity.

If you're an active member working toward year-end awards and still need volunteer hours, please reach out.

We're happy to work with members to identify opportunities to complete their volunteer-hour requirements before the end of the season.

Erie Hunt and Saddle Club is so grateful for the local businesses, like 814 Outdoor Services that support our nonprofit organization! We are so thankful to have their team as part of our herd. Thank you so much for being apart of this year’s Gannon University’s GIVE Day on September 19 and guiding the volunteers on our driveway repair project!

🐴🍂 VOLUNTEER HOURS REMINDER!🍂🐴

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who has volunteered their time to support the Erie Hunt and Saddle Club this year! ❤️

Your hard work helps keep our grounds beautiful, our events running smoothly, and our club thriving.

📋 All active members, especially those interested in Year - End Awards should submit their volunteer hours by completing the form and emailing our volunteer coordinator, Jen, by October 24, 2026.

✅ Tarp trailers and jump poles for winter

✅ Help organize and clear out the announcer's stand

✅ Finish painting ground poles in Stall 58

✅ Assist with end-of-season grounds projects

✅ Help Lauren prepare Year End Awards

Every hour makes a difference, and we'd love to recognize all of the volunteers who have contributed throughout the year. Thank you for helping make EHSC such a special place! ❤️🐎

Volunteering is a great way to enjoy the equine activities at the club. You do not need to be a member to be a part of the activities.

💚🐴 Thank You, Gannon University this GIVES day!🏀💚

Today, the Erie Hunt and Saddle Club was honored to serve as a host site for Gannon University's annual GIVES Day, a wonderful tradition dedicated to community service and giving back.

We were especially thankful to welcome members of the Gannon University Men's Basketball Team, who generously donated their time and hard work to help with painting, cleaning up the grounds, cleaning and laying rip rap in our driveways.

As a nonprofit organization, support like this makes a tremendous difference. The work accomplished today will have a lasting impact on our facility and the equestrian community we serve.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to Gannon University and the Gannon Men's Basketball Team for your kindness, energy, and willingness to serve.

We are incredibly grateful for your partnership and for choosing to spend your day making a difference at EHSC. Your generosity reminds us how fortunate we are to be part of such a caring and supportive community. ❤️
