🐱 Just in time to celebrate the first Caturday of August, we received a heartwarming donation of handmade Kitty Mats from Caroline, a previous Luna’s House adopter. 🐱

Caroline adopted her sweet orange tabby Milo in 2012.🧡 Milo lived 12 happy years with Caroline & her partner before succumbing to lymphoma. Caroline shared, “He is the cat who made my partner an official ‘cat person.’ We are eternally grateful to Luna’s House for bringing him into our lives and continuing to care for so many animals in need.”🥹

Caroline also let us know that her mother has made Kitty Mats for her cats over the years—soft, lovingly-crafted fleece mats adored by her feline family members. 🐈🐈‍⬛

In an effort to bring an extra dose of love & comfort to our rescue kittos, Caroline’s mom created over 15 Kitty Mats that Caroline delivered to us Thursday evening. As you can see, they have already been very popular with the cats calling LH home while they await their forever folks.🥰 Pictured enjoying their Kitty Mats are Moby, Wren, Michael, & Morena.❤️

✅ Good looks: This standard poodle is quite the dashing fellow, isn’t he?
😎 He thanks the amazing Shena of eCLIPSe Grooming for his fresh style! ✂️

✅ Intelligence: Everyone who has spent time with Tyson reports that he is naturally smart & wonderfully inquisitive.

✅ Playfulness: At 3.5 years of age, Tyson displays a contagious zest for life & all its adventures!

✅ SO much love to share: Tyson enjoys a good snuggle & is not shy about either seeking out or giving affection.

…the only thing that’s missing? A forever home. 🏠💙🐾

Tyson’s ideal adopter(s) would be an active individual or family who will take him on long walks & fun excursions. A fenced-in yard would be ideal, and experience with clever dogs is a must.

Tyson tends to get excitable around other dogs, though he has seemed to be more at ease with smaller pups. In his previous home, his guardians took him to dog parks & to doggy daycare, so he has been around other dogs successfully—he just needs some direction to become the polite gentleman he can be.🎩
