Well that will do it for the 2026 Master Gardeners Farmer's Market. It was a great day, a great season. I met a lot of wonderful people and sold a lot of gourmet mushrooms, microgreens , and freeze-dried fruits and candies to customers. Thank you to the Master Gardeners for putting on a great farmer's market every year. Thank you to my customers, you are why I do it.
Production doesn't stop. Time for indoor shows and more products to the seller's markets in Casper, Buffalo, Sheridan, Gillette, and Douglas. More changes are coming for the Vault. Keep following to seller's more fruiting rooms and more production.

Happy Friday everyone. Today is microgreens harvest day. Tomorrow at 5am is mushroom harvest. The last Master Gardeners Farmer's Market of the season is tomorrow. If youre in the Casper area stop down and pick up some wonderful tasting microgreens and some beautiful gourment mushrooms. I'll be there tomorrow fully stocked with all of my products. I just checked the mushroom tents and I will have a good supply. At least stop and say hi tomorrow.

It's Wednesday, delivery day number two of the week. 307 Prairie Pantry in Douglas and Baker's Market in Casper are restocked with tasty microgreens and beautiful gourmet mushrooms. Stop in these local markets a see all the wonderful products.
Saturday is the ladt Master Gardeners Farmer's Market of the season. Make sure you stop by and pick up gourmet mushrooms and microgreens for the weekend.

Good afternoon everyone. Cross E Dairy and Freedom Foods in Sheridan, The Urban Basket in Gillette, and Branch & Vine Herbs in Buffalo are restocked with some beautiful gourmet mushrooms. There are seven varieties of gourmet mushrooms between these 3 stores. Stop in and find something to try.

Here we are at the end of September already. Checking this week's microgreen crops and they are looking great. This week will be the last Master Gardeners Farmer's Market in Casper. I'll be there with hopefully 2 new mushroom varieties. I'm pretty excited about that!
I've been working on these 2 varieties since April and now they are fruiting. I do mostly oyster mushrooms, but some people are wanting cap mushrooms. The first one I picked by name Fried Chicken (its supposed to have a fried chicken flavor). The second is Gold Brown Beech.
Keep following for updates I hope to see you Saturday at the farmer's market.

Very slow farmer's market today, but the gourmet mushrooms are sold out. Even the slow farmer's market I got to meet new people and educate them on the microgreens and gourmet mushrooms. Some weeks that's the best part.
I'm trying something new. I made up some quick reference sheets on the flavor and simple uses for the gourmet mushrooms. I hope helps customers with the different varieties of mushrooms that I sell. It's all about the different flavors.
