Putnam County FFA is once again looking for local businesses and individuals to act as sponsors for their Briarpatch Dairy Show on February 14th. Please come out and watch these amazing kids!

Your sponsorship helps defray the expense of putting on this very well attended show as well as the expenses associated with traveling to other shows. Often 2 hours away! FFA has helped Danny grow in ways I never imagined and I know it has effected many others the same way.

Please consider being a sponsor/donor this year. Many levels to choose from to fit everyone's comfort level. Also looking for silent auction donations (they don't have to be ag related! Arts & crafts, baked goods, business swag etc). I will be donating some homemade fudge!

Thera Rides are now available!

About Scootboot TheraRide
The Scootboot TheraRide is the most innovative hoof boot on the planet. By combining therapeutic support with the rideability of our Scootboot Classic, your horse can enjoy additional support, even after they’ve healed.

The Scootboot TheraRide offers the ability for hoof care professionals to interchange various pads depending on your horse’s specific needs.

Why Choose the Scootboot TheraRide?

Dual Purpose Design: TheraRide is the only therapeutic boot on the market suitable for both therapy and riding, supporting horses through recovery and activity.

Shock Absorption: Features a specially designed pad of thermoplastic polyurethane that absorbs shock and reduces strain on muscles and tendons.

Ideal for Older Horses: Maintains mobility in ageing horses, reducing arthritis progression and extending their active years.

Enhanced Durability and Comfort: Water-resistant gaiters prevent rubbing, while the open design provides excellent ventilation and drainage.

Durable and Lasting Therapy Pads: Each Scootboot TheraRide comes with our highly shock-absorbing and long-lasting therapy pads.

Came across a post of someone asking about the breakover point in scoot boots. I have never had that question asked of me yet but felt it was good info to pass along. Here is Scoot Boots response....

Scoot Boot has specifically designed its boot to open to the toe allowing a correct placement of the hoof in the boot which achieves the correct optimum break over for each individual horse. No other brand of boot is able to do this. but you can also artificially wear away the toe by using a rasp or rubbing the toe on concrete to create a rocker toe. But your horse should naturally create its own comfy break over. 😊

Just came across this and love it so much, thought I'd share.
