Building of the Week: Econo 20x12 🍂

Leaves on the ground, a little bite in the morning air, and the mower about ready for its long rest. Roll up the door, back everything in, and close it up snug before the cold settles in.

This 20x12 has a 6x7 roll-up door, four large windows, two lights and two outlets, Dove Grey metal lap siding with white trim, and a galvalume steel roof. There's one ready on the lot right now.

A porch to earn Labor Day on.

Preowned Boxed Eave Lark Cabin 8x20 just landed on the lot. Front porch with dark wood posts and real railing, clay lap siding, galvalume roof, seven-foot walls. Two lights and two outlets already wired inside. Long and narrow so it fits where you actually have room.

A clean slate for the fall project list.

Preowned Lapsider 12x16 on the lot. Two large windows, a nine-lite door, two outlets and two lights already in. Metal lap siding, galvalume roof, seven-foot walls. The kind of small shop that actually gets used because everything you need is already plugged in and waiting.

What's the first project on your fall list? 🔨

School's back. Routines are trying to hold. The Standard Six 16x10 on the lot is a preowned one with a light switch, two outlets, and a light already wired in. A proper room to sort the summer into so the garage gets its floor back and mornings run smoother.

What's the first bin you'd move out?
