Greetings and salutations.

Starting this afternoon we will be having clients sign a telemedicine consent form. The state of Georgia is now requiring this to be able to call, text, or email you about your pet.

The alternative is you can come on site for in person communication. EVERY TIME YOU NEED TO TALK TO US.

Fun for all!

Anyway thanks for helping us create more paperwork. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

Dolly!
