💜 September is Su***de Awareness Month 💜

At our clinic, we spend every day caring for animals and the people who love them. We’re here for you during the happy moments, the scary moments, and sometimes the incredibly difficult ones.

But we also want to take a moment to remind everyone that the people behind the scrubs are human, too. Veterinary medicine can be emotionally demanding, and the weight of caring for patients, supporting families, and experiencing loss can sometimes be a lot to carry.

This month, we encourage everyone to check in on the people around you. A simple “How are you doing?” can mean more than you realize.

💜 Be kind.
💜 Check in.
💜 Listen without judgment.
💜 Reach out when someone may be struggling.
💜 Remember that asking for help is okay.

Whether you’re a member of our veterinary team, a client, a friend, or a family member — your mental health matters, and you are not alone.

If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

🐾 Let’s take care of each other, just as we take care of the animals we love.

You matter. You are important. Your story matters. 💜

Did you know that the state of Maryland has had 141 lab-confirmed rabies cases since the start of 2026? The rabies vaccination is not only a core recommended vaccine it is also required by law. Luckily, we have two easy ways to get this done at our clinic by making an appointment or coming to one of our vaccine clinics we hold twice a week!

Turns out we’re just as good at singing along to live music as we are at taking care of your pets. Amazing night at the fair! 🌾💃

If you see our lovely office manager Jen today, make sure you tell her happy birthday. We don’t know what we would do without her so let’s make her day as fantastic as she is! ❤️

🎉 Celebrating 10 Years of Excellence! 🎉
Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate a major milestone: Happy 10th Work Anniversary to our talented groomer, Kim! ✂️🐩
For a decade, she has brought unmatched skill, patience, and love to our grooming room. From nervous puppies to our sweet senior regulars, she treats every pet like family and always ensure they leave looking and feeling their absolute best.
Ten years of dedication is an amazing achievement, and we are so grateful to have Kim on our team. Thank you for your hard work, your passion, and for keeping our community's pets so beautifully cared for!

Happy 4th of July from all of us at Pet Health Clinic! 🇺🇸🐾

We hope you and your pets have a safe and happy holiday filled with fun, family, and plenty of treats. As you celebrate, remember that fireworks and festivities can be stressful for our furry friends—keep pets indoors, secure, and comfortable during the excitement.

Wishing everyone a safe and paws-itively wonderful Independence Day! ❤️🤍💙
