You bought the cat a fancy new bed… and they chose the box. 📦😅

Sound familiar? There’s actually a pretty good reason cats are obsessed with boxes and it goes beyond being the perfect place for a surprise attack.

Swipe through to find out why that humble cardboard box is basically a cat retreat. 🐱

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the entire Karmic Pet Care community for your continued love, support, patience, and understanding. 💜

I’m so incredibly excited to share that, starting in September, I’ll be returning to what I truly love; caring for animals.

While dog-walking services will not be returning until 2027, I’m grateful to say that I am currently booking specialized drop-in visits and overnight pet-sitting services.

Being able to care for your beloved pets is something I’ve genuinely missed, and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to reconnect with so many wonderful families in the Karmic Pet Care community.

September availability will be posted Monday. Please reach out to Kaylene directly via email, call or text for inquiries.

Karmic Pet Care is excited to be back at Paws in the Park hosted by Animal Protection Center this Saturday 7/18 from 10am-2pm!

While Kaylene is still on the mend, she will still be there with goodie bags for our four legged friends.

This is KPC’s third year supporting this amazing event, and we can’t wait to see familiar faces and meet some new ones. Stop by, say hi and grab a treat. 💜

Thank you to everyone who has reached out with kind words, love, and support. I truly could not be more grateful for the incredible K.P.C. community. 💜

The thought of returning to what I love most, caring for animals and being surrounded by the pets and people who make this community so special, is what keeps me going every day.

A medical update: it has officially been 6 weeks since my lower leg surgery, and I’m happy to share that everything is healing well. Recovery has been a long and slow process, but I’m taking it one day at a time. I’m in good company with my 3 dogs and cat. 🥰

I have about 6 more weeks before I can begin bearing weight, which means I won’t be returning to work for another few months.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support during this journey. Your kindness means more than you know.

I’ll keep sharing updates and positivity along the way and keep your eyes out for the next one… there’s some exciting news coming!

Sincerely,
Kaylene 🐾

🎶 Taking care of business… and missing every second of it. 🐾

From feeding time to zoomies to all the bulldog cuddles in between, caring for your pets has always been the best part of our day. 💜

While Kaylene focuses on healing and working hard toward the goal of being back on two feet, we’ve been missing all of our amazing clients more than words can say. Your pets truly became part of our family.

We can’t wait for the day we’re back to taking care of business together again. Until then, thank you for all the love, patience, and support. 🫶🐾
